• Pistachio Akbari
Pistachio Akbari is large and its fruit is almond shaped, looks like Pistachio Ahmad Aghaei, but it is darker. The main sites of its production are located in Rafsanjan city. This kind of pistachio is available in different sizes: 18/20, 20/22, 22/24, 24/26.
• Pistachio Ahmad

• Piarom date
The Piarom date also known as Marayami dates are round, the black-brown date that is widely considered the most delicious of all semi-dry date varieties. Most Piarom dates are produced in the vicinity of Hajjiabad, Hormozgan in southern Iran. The thin skin of Piarom dates is dark brown and, given that the meat and skin are completely attached to each other. Piarom looks nice and desirable, and the process of washing it can be done completely. The main types of sugar in Piarom dates are Fructose which is used easily and quickly in the body’s metabolism. Those who once ate these dates are usually becoming the regular consumer of these dates due to their excellent taste and favorable appetite and other nutritional properties.
• Mozafati date
Mazafati date or Bam date is one of the most famous and different kinds of Iranian date fruit. This kind of date is dark, soft, fleshy, sweet and succulent. They are a medium sized date, typically around 2.5- 4.5cm, and have a relatively high moisture content of 32-35% that should be kept in the refrigerator. They are best consumed as fresh dates.
• Zahedi date
Zahedi Dates is one the dry varieties of the date in Iran, however, in some regions it is known as a semidried date. These dates are known in some parts of the country called Buhsab. It has moisture content under 14% and has a yellow gold color. It has approximately 18 months shelf life at 25 C. The date is oval-shaped which is narrower at the end. It can easily be stored all year long.
